For brokerages and lettings desks in United Arab Emirates
Your landlord book, in one operating view. And a statement that keeps it yours.
You manage units for landlords who each want to know where their money is. Darti holds every contract, cheque, renewal and maintenance job for the whole book — then produces each landlord a monthly statement, with your management fee on it, sent from you.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
Step 1
Bring your landlord book
Every unit you manage and the landlord behind it. Upload an Ejari contract and Darti drafts the unit, the tenant, the contract and the cheque schedule for you to check.
Step 2
We migrate it with you
Our team does the setup and the data migration alongside your lettings team. You are not handed a login and left to it.
Step 3
Your landlords stay yours
Each one gets a monthly statement — income, expenses, your management fee, net payout — issued in your name. The relationship stays where it belongs.
Long-term rentals and holiday homes in the same view, including DET permits and Tourism Dirham for the short-stay side.
Our commitment to you
Darti will never compete with you for your landlords.
The fair question every lettings desk asks is whether a platform like this eventually goes after their clients directly. Our answer is in the partner agreement, not just on this page.
We do not let or manage property
Darti is software. We do not broker tenancies, we do not manage units, and we do not take a cut of your rent. It is a contractual commitment in your partner agreement.
Your landlords are your relationship
Statements are issued in your name with your fee. We do not market Darti subscriptions to the landlords in a partner's book.
Leads flow toward you
Landlords who come to Darti wanting a managing agent are introduced to partner firms in their area. Available to our first design partners now, and widening from there.
Not managing a book yourself?
If you would rather simply introduce a company that needs Darti, the referral programme still pays 15% of everything they pay, for the life of the account.
